- Position requires minimum of 2-year veterinary technology degree or equivalent experience. Certification as a registered or certified veterinary technician (RVT./CVT./AHT/LATg, CMAR.) is desired. College degree is desired, but not required.
- Animal care and research responsibilities require long periods of walking and standing and the ability to lift or otherwise move animal subjects. Ability to bend, stoop and climb is necessary in ensuring data is accurately collected.

Provide leadership and strategic direction to Veterinary Operations and Specialty Veterinary Operations teams. Active member of the Cattle Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of the Vision, Operating Plan and strategies to ensure achievement of performance targets. Develop constructive relationships within the Triad (Sales, Marketing, Veterinary Operations) as well as with other business partners including VMRD, Outcomes Research, Business Development, VMIPS and Learning & Development to facilitate teamwork, optimal exchange of information and development of business opportunities. Provides guidance and strategic input on matters related to veterinary medicine and business unit strategic business plans. Required Qualifications:- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent
- 8 years of post-doctoral experience in clinical practice, academia, research or industry
- Advanced degree and/or board certification in a related cattle discipline would be preferred.
- Research experience, published scientific papers
- Two (2) years industry experience

- Coaching skills with the ability to guide and mentor others
- Proven record of accomplishments, demonstrating successful veterinary practice management and strategy execution experience
- Extensive knowledge of Pfizer Animal Health products and the animal health industry or ability to learn quickly
