A minimum of 8-10 years of supervisory experience is also required in order to provide leadership, management and mentoring necessary for the Animal Resources staff. Minimum of 5 years in the Pharmaceutical (R&D) industry and a minimum of 10 years as a practicing clinical veterinarian.
