The support staff is highly trained, fun to work with, and highly motivated to provide the patients with the most compassionate care, their caretakers with personable and professional education, and the associates with the respect and assistance they earn. The clinic emphasizes urgent care and provides full service hospitalization, performs a wide variety of soft tissue surgeries on-site and has access to a surgical specialist for on-site orthopedic procedures. We have digital radiology, idexx in house lab equipment, ecg, blood pressure monitor and tonopen that we use regularly. Salary is based on experience and bonuses are earned based on total hospital profits, not gross production, so new associates are not penalized for not having a clientele to beef up their production.
