The primary function of the sales rep is to serve as the face of Abbott Animal Health to the customer and the distributor field sales representatives. The person is responsible for highlighting product features and benefits to potential and existing customers in order to persuade them to purchase Abbott products. Job Description:
· Receive product inquiries/calls to Dechra that may arise from usage of Dechra products. Calls may come from veterinarians, veterinary technicians, pet owners, distributor personnel or Dechra personnel. Calls may involve product information, use, product complaints, adverse events, unexpected responses to treatment, perceived lack of efficacy, and product or package defects.
· Document appropriate calls in the Dechra pharmacovigilance system (PV Works) assess causality when possible and implement follow-up procedures to ensure closure of all calls and complaints received.
