The capacity to attract successful graduate students and active research collaborations is critical. Candidates must function in a team setting and integrate into the fabric and community of the department and college. Multidisciplinary collaboration with scientists in other departments such as Animal and Poultry Science and the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine is anticipated.
