Collaborates in directing the staffing, training, and performance evaluations of the Admissions Advisors in the Admissions Department. 11. Participates in the development of an annual student recruitment plan for the campus and ensures the achievement of the approved plan. 12. Develops and prepares for approval the Admissions Department’s policies and programs and, as directed, conducts audits and reviews results to ensure conformance with same. 13. Maintains an effective system of communication throughout the Department. 14. Oversees to ensure that all Admissions operations are in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations along with the Company’s policies and procedures. 15.
