This position is based in the central hospital which supports the other 5 locations in a classic “hub and spokes” model. However, the Hospital Administrator will support and oversee operations at all locations. The Hospital Administrator must be able to set performance and productivity goals, identify gaps in achieving those goals and be able to develop and execute action plans to close those gaps.
