This position is located at slaughter plants throughout the Veterinary Services Western Region, in San Antonio, Texas. The incumbent serves as an Animal Health Technician in the slaughter plant with responsibility for ensuring proper collection and submission of required specimens as part of the National Brucellosis Surveillance, Foreign Disease, and Tuberculosis programs.
