Shepherd Veterinary Clinic, in addition to hiring a full time Associate Veterinarian is seeking an additional FT Technician Assistant. The position would have a rotation of appointment time, surgery day and weekend. Appointments are scheduled for 20 minutes slots and increased based on the patient needs and number of animals scheduled at once. Shepherd Veterinary Clinic is located near I495 and Rte 2 on the Harvard/Boxborough line. The clinic utilizes an outside ultrasound service scheduled in-house each Tuesday and a board certified surgeon who comes onsite upon request. Currently Shepherd Veterinary Clinic employs FT Kennel Mgr., FT Practice Mgr., 1 FT Tech. Assistant, 2 FT & 1 PT Technicians, and 2 FT & 1 PT Receptionists. Their equipment includes VetScan Chemistry and CBC Analyzer, Cardell Blood Pressure unit, TonoPen, ECG Monitor, Pulse Oximeter, Auto processor x-ray equipment and Isoflorane vaporizors, VIN Access.

Shepherd Veterinary Clinic offers a small retail area and kennel facility that accommodates up to 55 dogs and 12 cats. Student staff cares for the kennel animals under the direction of the Kennel Manager. Apply Online
