Kelly Scientific Resources (KSR) is looking for a Veterinary Technician to fill an immediate opening. Qualified applicants are required to have experience as a veterinary technician within a private practice environment. BS/BA degree and/or completion of an accredited course as a Registered / Certified Veterinary Technician is highly desirable. Kelly Scientific Resources provides clinical research and scientific human resources solutions on a full-time basis and temporary project, to a broad spectrum of industries including medical/clinical, environmental, pharmaceutical, chemical, food science, consumer products, biomedical, cosmetics, biotech, and petrochemical.
Requirements: Experience in a call center environment, where working as a team is essential is highly desirable, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work efficiently as part of a team, A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service in all functions, Understanding and experience with adverse event reporting, Basic knowledge of companion animal products and how they are dispensed and used, Excellent working knowledge of basic medical terminology and conditions that are common to companion animal veterinary practice, Able to excel in a structured work environment with a set schedule, practice environment (companion animal focus) is highly desirable, Ability to follow directions, assume ownership of projects and take responsibility for them, Able to work a 9 am – 6 pm shift with the flexibility to work 8 am – 5 pm if needed.
