Provide clinical instruction to veterinary and veterinary technology students. Perform various types of clinical services.  Monitor inventory/supplies and order when necessary. Perform record keeping tasks. Assist staff clinicians with various research projects.

Required Qualifications :

* Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program (Veterinary Technician students completing their degree at the end of the current semester may apply and be considered for this vacancy; however, degree must be completed prior to the start of employment.)
* Candidates must be registered in Indiana within six months
* Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
* Good oral/written communication skills
* Ability to read/write English
* Ability to lift and carry 25-50 pounds frequently and 60 pounds occasionally

This is a part-time (20 hrs/week) position.  Benefits do apply.
The hours for this position are as follows: Friday – 12:00 midnight to 6:30am Saturday; Saturday – 12:00 midnight to 6:30 am Sunday; and Sunday – 12:00 midnight to 8:30am Monday
Occasional overtime may be required
