Local Veterinary Practice in Bedford Heights, Ohio is looking for a reliable individual with a great attitude and versatile building trade skills to perform light building maintenance / repairs.   Tasks will typically be grouped and can be done on a scheduled basis though some urgent needs could develop which require a rapid response. Duties would primarily be limited to inside needs and would include,  but not be limited to, mounting items to walls, replacement of door and cabinet hinges, patching of sheet rock and touch-up painting, replacement of individual ceiling tiles, replacement of plumbing gaskets, faucets, and valves. Individual would not be asked to provide new electrical or plumbing service. No custodial required.
This would be a call as needed service paid by the hour. Good references required. Good opportunity for retired person!
